This category is for those who might take a little longer and thus have a little more time to enjoy the sights along the route…

If you take 55 minutes or over to run 5 miles on the road, then you’ve found your category : )

Your aims

 To fully enjoy the race, to work as hard as possible and to feel encouraged and lifted by any faster runners coming past them.

‘I am inherently strong and powerful’

This category starts at 10.15am

If you run five miles on road in about 45 – 55 minutes, then this is your category!

Your aims

To fully enjoy the race, to work as hard as possible to catch up with the ‘Oh wow, I’m delighted that I did it!’ group ahead.

To encourage the slower ladies as you pass on through.

‘I have the wind beneath my wings’

This category starts at 10.30am.

If you run 5 miles on road in about 35 – 45 minutes, then this is the category for you!

Your aims

To fully enjoy the race, and to work as hard as possible.

To catch up with as many of the runners head as you can, and to motivate and encourage the ladies as you pass.

Our Overall Aims are to

Support women of all abilities with their running.

Encourage women to enjoy the delights of running in the countryside by providing a well-supported, and accessible route.

Introduce women to the wonderful Fynn Valley footpaths on the outskirts of Ipswich, as it’s a most beautiful spot : )
