We have received some wonderful support from our sponsors this year! Some will be offering finishers’ goodies, some will be offering super services locally and all are invaluable to know about!

We want to thank each of them in advance for their superb support and before we start on what feels like a Bafta speech coming, let’s introduce each of them to you (so that you’re in the know before race day!)

The Natural Health Centre, The Thoroughfare, Woodbridge

The very best place to go for a spot of self-care – be that a fabulous ‘hot stones’ massage or some brilliant beauty treatments to enhance your vitality…or to gently heal any wounds, old or new.

With a wonderful array of therapists, from acupuncture, to osteopathy to Shiatsu and everything in between, time spent in the haven above the Thoroughfare is replenishing and rejuvenating!

Munchy Seeds

We have teamed up with the most fabulous (and local!) Munchy Seeds to help with your foodie recovery… : )

Munchy Seeds are toasted seeds naturally crammed with real goodies like minerals, vitamins, protein and fibre – nutritious nibbles to snack or sprinkle. Yum! Suitable for vegetarians and coeliacs, are gluten, wheat and yeast free and contain absolutely nothing artificial.

You can look forward to munching on your Munchy Seeds on the day, by checking out the home of nutritious nibbling!

Songbird Naturals

We love Songbird products – even the name entices us in!

Using all natural ingredients and originally developed in New Zealand, Songbird make the very best massage wax (yes, wax! It’s heavenly!) to help you to gently ease away your aches and post-run pains…

We’ve been fans for a long time – we love their ethos and their sustainable methods, and we’re even more delighted that they are now based in the UK (and we can get their products without adding to our carbon footprint!).

You’ll have to wait until you’ve crossed the finishing line to find out what we’ve got in store for you!

The Flying Runner

If you’re not already acquainted with The Flying Runner online magazine and SHOP(!!!!), you will want to be pronto!

With an artistic eye, the brilliant women behind The Flying Runner not only sell unusual, and often local and handcrafted, running merchandise (including jewellery ladies!), they also deliver interesting and useful articles every fortnight covering all of your running enquiries…

We’re delighted that they will be with us on race day…

Milsom’s Kesgrave Hall

Now, if you’re local to Ipswich, you will certainly know Milsom’s!

Being possibly the best venue just about anywhere for your wedding reception (and we know! ; ) Milsom’s have been super-generous in supporting the Farmhouse Five this year…

But you will have to wait to find out how! ; )

Literally a stone’s throw from the stunning Lux Farm (race day venue), if you’re looking for a great place for Mothering Sunday lunch after the race, you could not find a better – or closer! – place to book!

Be quick though, their tables don’t hang around for long…
